Our Work
Fredricks Dream House
In this comprehensive renovation, the couple held contrasting design aspirations. While one partner envisioned a monochromatic and masculine aesthetic, the other corner of their creative canvas yearned for a modern farmhouse ambiance, delicately infused with soft pink accents.
The couple reveled in the final transformation.

Bold & simple entry.
In a home that has a monochromic vibe adding a bold piece of art work helps to draw you inside.
Hall
Incorporating a small bench and mirror near stairs in a long hallway is a fantastic way to add both functionality and style.
Kitchen
In this kitchen design, the cabinets take a back seat while other elements shine especially the bar area adjacent to the kitchen, the gorgeous wood floors, and the large windows with scenic views. All of them work together harmoniously.
Adding light
When expanding a small kitchen, opting for a peek outside instead of a traditional tiled backsplash behind the range top is a brilliant move. Let’s explore why this design choice not only looks beautiful but also brings natural lighting into the kitchen drawing your eye beyond the kitchen walls.
Dinner party seating
By introducing pale pink chairs around the large 10-person dining table, you achieve a light and airy ambiance while infusing character into the entire space. Despite its generous size, the table maintains a sense of lightness. We added a simple light fixture above to ensure it didn't compete with table and chairs.
Masculine & Feminine
Transforming an old pantry into a full-fledged, eye-catching bar was a stroke of brilliance. The addition of wood accents to the black cabinets and walls creates a striking and handsome combination. And when you spot the delicate, meticulously chosen stemware, you can’t help but feel thirsty for a special drink.

elegant storage
Collaborating the bookcase, storage area with the floors , keeps a streamlined light look that can hold the extras while looking smart.
Minimalist master
A spacious walk-in closet ensures the master bedroom remains open and airy, eliminating the need for dressers. The fabric choices for the bedding and draperies layer seamlessly, adding depth without overwhelming the space. And the strategically placed low chair, upholstered in a deeper fabric, guides your gaze around the room.

show stopping stove
The inclusion of the Bertazzoni stove in this modern farmhouse design adds a touch of vintage beauty. Despite the desire for a white kitchen, strategically incorporating darker accents keeps the space visually captivating
Culinary function
Tailored for a couple who revel in cooking and entertaining, this kitchen boasts a harmonious blend of functionality and style. The side-by-side placement of a full-sized freezer and refrigerator ensures ample storage for culinary delights. An oversized sink facilitates meal prep and cleanup, while the hidden gem—a large walk-in pantry—delights the homeowners with its organizational capacity (though not pictured). adding open shelving aids in the farmhouse feel. To soften the space and add a touch of elegance, a patterned Roman shade graces the window.
Formal dining library
This room serves as a versatile space—it can host a dinner gathering or provide a cozy spot for reading and sipping coffee. The oversized window offers a picturesque view of the spacious front yard and the neighborhood beyond. Additionally, the conveniently located butler’s pantry features wine and beverage bars for easy entertaining.

Lengthen
We extended the fireplace and room with a 15-foot mirror, blending a traditional classic look with modern elements. The wood shelving and cabinets were sanded and stained to match the fireplace stone, creating a cohesive design. Additionally, the right cabinet houses a TV that lifts up and out, offering a hidden yet accessible entertainment option.
BEFORE
For renovation we removed the top marble portion of that fireplace and filled it in with stone for a tall stone fireplace.
baby grand
We took out the wall where the piano is currently to open the living room and make an intentional area for music, enhancing both ascetics and acoustics.

Kitchen
To enhance the kitchen’s openness, we began by removing two upper cabinets near the window and replacing the doors on the remaining upper cabinets with glass inserts. This change not only enlarged the window’s appearance but also allowed more light to flow through. We updated the range hood and installed a glass tile backsplash, adding a subtle sheen that complements the stunning quartzite countertops. The island cabinets were refinished in a softer hue and modernized with new fronts, eliminating the previous distressed look for a fresh, contemporary feel.

Split Level Kitchen
Using wood floors throughout most of this split level accentuated the wood ceilings. We went with lacquered white cabinetry on the perimeter and wood for the island for a fresh modest look.
